This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the standards of conduct expected from all users of the Zuvayo platform. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP and our Terms of Service. This policy exists to maintain a safe, trusted, and professional environment for brands, agencies, and creators alike.
Permitted Activities
- Creating and managing influencer marketing campaigns
- Communicating with other platform users for business purposes
- Sharing professional portfolio and marketing materials
- Using analytics and reporting features
- Participating in platform features as intended
- Providing honest reviews and feedback
Prohibited Activities
- Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users
- Spamming or unsolicited commercial communications
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfering with or disrupting platform functionality
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Circumventing platform security measures
- Exploiting minors or harmful content involving minors
- Hate speech, discrimination, or promoting violence
- Sharing others' personal information without consent
Reporting Violations
If you observe any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to our Trust & Safety team at trust@zuvayo.com or through the Report button on any user profile, message, or campaign. Reports are investigated confidentially and we aim to respond within 48 hours.
Enforcement Actions
Violations of this AUP may result in a range of actions depending on severity and frequency: warning notices, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and/or referral to law enforcement where required by law. We reserve the right to take any or all of these actions at our sole discretion without prior notice for serious violations.
Appeals Process
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal within 30 days by emailing appeals@zuvayo.com with a clear explanation of the situation. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the one who made the original decision. We aim to resolve appeals within 10 business days.
Updates to This Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
